By using the website www.eurostore-eu.com and other services provided by Euro Store, including placing sales orders from Euro Store, placing purchase orders to Euro Store, you are agreeing to the following terms, including, without limitation, the terms available on this page. These terms apply to all orders, all sales, and all purchases, whether made through the website, by telephone or otherwise.
Buying from Euro Store
Minimum or Maximum Sales Orders
There is no minimum sales order for domestic orders, regardless of payment method. There is also no maximum sales order. However, Euro Store reserves the right to request a 10% deposit on sales orders deemed "significant" by Euro Store in its sole discretion, before we will accept and confirm the sales order and lock in prices. Please call our customer service department at to determine if a deposit will apply to your order.
Sales Order Price Confirmations
When buying online from us, the price at which your sales order is submitted is the locked-in price. Thereare no added commissions or fees. The only additional charge Euro Store adds is for shipping, handling, and insurance for orders under €299. You will receive a confirmation number for your order via email shortly after your order has been placed. Your sales order price is considered locked in unless you fail to remit payment to us in a timely manner.
Cancellation of Sales Orders
Once we have issued a sales order confirmation, all prices are locked in and there is a binding contract between us for your transaction and, as a result, any market risk for breach is transferred to you at the time the sales order is confirmed. You have no right to cancel your sales order(s). If you default in your performance of payment, shipment or any other act required in the time frames provided above, we may cancel your sales order(s). For compliance, security and anti-money laundering purposes, orders paid by an unrecognized third party are subject to cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction where we cannot verify the source of funds and/or the payment is received from a third party. We reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time and for any reason. Sales order cancellations will be subject to our Market Loss Policy plus a €25 cancellation fee.
Sales order cancellations will be confirmed, and you will be given a cancellation number. At that time, if any market loss to Euro Store has occurred, it will be calculated and added to your €25 cancellation fee. If applicable, you agree you have full responsibility and liability to Euro Store for any cancellation fees and/or market loss and you agree to remit immediately (upon notice) to Euro Store good funds for the cancellation fee and/or market loss. No further orders by you may be permitted unless and until any market loss is paid in full. Any potential market gains on sales order cancellations shall remain the property of Euro Store. Upon written confirmation by Euro Store of your payment of the €25 cancellation fee plus the market loss, we will forgive further action against and your responsibility for any breach by you and all resulting damages owed to Euro Store.
Changing Sales Orders
Sales orders cannot be changed, therefore we suggest you take the time before you submit your sales order to make sure that what you are requesting from Euro Store is exactly what you want on your sales order.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your experience at Eurostore-eu.com. If you have received products from us that you are not satisfied with, we may, but are not obligated to, provide you with an opportunity to exchange a product for an identical product in the event of damage or defect. If you wish to pursue an exchange, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the receipt of your shipment. Exchanges of this type must be approved by our customer service department before any action is taken. Shipping charges are considered non refundable. Euro Store reserves the right to accept or reject exchange requests at our discretion.
Sales Order Payment Conditions
Your sales order price is considered locked in for the following time frames based on your payment method:
- 1 calendar day for Bank Wire, Credit/Debit Card & PayPal orders
These are the time frames in which you must submit your payment to Euro Store. You must ensure that your payment is dated within 24 hours of the time of your confirmed sale and received by Euro Store within the time frame listed above to realize your locked in sale price. If you do not adhere to these conditions, you are considered in default and Euro Store reserves the right to: accept your payment, refuse payment and cancel your sales order, close your account, or prohibit you from placing any future sales or purchases with Euro Store.
If you default and your payment is not received in the time frame allotted, you will be liable for any market loss incurred per our Market Loss Policy.
Payment
Payment instructions will be issued online on the final page of your order and again by email after you have placed your order. Payment must be dated within 24 hours of your order date. If you default and do not meet these conditions, Euro Store reserves the right to cancel your sales order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including if it is deemed questionable or of significant risk to Euro Store. In such case, you waive any right to any claim or actual damages of any kind or nature whatsoever.
Payment Methods
Depending on the order amount, you may pay for your order using some or all of the following payment methods: credit card, wire transfer. At Euro Store sole discretion, your credit card order may be subject to additional documentation or screening and are subject to our approval, in our sole discretion. Euro Store has the right to refuse any credit card payment it deems suspicious, questionable or of significant risk.
Cleared Funds
Orders will only ship when Euro Store is in possession of cleared funds for your order. Each payment method has a different time frame in which they are considered cleared. Credit card and bank wire payments are considered cleared the same business day we receive the payment.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping, Handling and Insurance Charges .There will be a charge of €7.99 for shipping, handling and insurance for orders under €299. Shipping, handling and insurance will be free for all orders of €299 or more.
Insurance
All Euro Store shipments will be fully insured for the sale value of the enclosed product purchased from Euro Store, subject to the following limitations. Your package is fully insured until it is signed for at its destination. If your package is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately so that we may begin the claims process. Neither we, nor our insurance company, accepts responsibility if you have left instructions with any carrier or delivery service to leave packages for you without the need of your signature or if you instruct the carrier to leave the package with someone else, such as a neighbor or drop-off location. If your shipment is not recovered and follows the above criteria, your shipment is fully insured and you will receive a full reimbursement of the loss according to the specific shipper's insurance policy. You agree to fully cooperate with us in any investigation or claim process and to take every resonable action requested of you in the process. Failure to cooperate could jeopardize coverage that may be provided to you.
Back Order
Under certain market conditions, supply and demand problems can occur in the precious metals business. Should this happen, we reserve the right to delay delivery of your order up to 28 calendar days from your expected shipping date. Your price will remain locked in for this time period, regardless of market conditions, provided you did not default in any part of your completed transaction. If, in the unlikely event that the order cannot be filled within the 28 day calendar period, you will be issued a full refund provided you did not default in any part of the completed transaction during that time.

Market Loss Policy

If you default in your ability to present payment in the time frames allotted, we reserve the right to cancel your sales order. If your sales order is cancelled, you agree that you maintain full responsibility and liability to Euro Store for any market loss incurred by Euro Store, in addition to a cancellation fee of €25. You also agree that you have full responsibility and liability for any and all fees and costs associated with Euro Store efforts in collecting from you. Any and all market gains on sales orders shall remain the property of Euro Store. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time for any reason. Any and all future orders will be held until all outstanding market loss and cancellation fee balances are paid in full.
When you sell to Euro Store you have a binding contract with us. Your transaction price is locked in and any market risk is transferred to you. If you default in your ability to ship the agreed upon quantity and quality in the time frames allotted, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase order. If your purchase order is cancelled, you agree that you maintain full responsibility and liability to Euro Store for any market loss incurred by Euro Store, in addition to a cancellation fee of €25. You also agree that you have full responsibility and liability for any and all fees and costs associated with Euro Store efforts in collecting from you. Any and all market gains on purchase orders shall remain the property of Euro Store. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time for any reason.
Orders are Binding Agreements
By placing an order with Euro Store, you are entering into a binding agreement. You agree to lock in the prices and quantities listed above. Failure to pay for an order with Euro Store may result in liability under our Market Loss Policy. If you are paying by paper check, payment must be mailed within one (1) business day and received by Euro Store within five (5) business days. Bank wire payments must be sent and received within one (1) business day. Euro Store reserves the right to cancel your order and hold you responsible for any market loss incurred. Any market gain realized on an unpaid and/or cancelled order shall remain the property of Euro Store.
Price Errors, Site Outages
It is always our goal to provide up to date and accurate pricing to you. However, in the event of a pricing or typographical error (e.g. products priced below melt value or at a fraction of their fair market value), data feed outage or site failure, Euro Store reserves the right to cancel affected orders. While Euro Store strives to maintain 100% price accuracy, the company shall not be liable for price errors that are obviously incorrect. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Communications with You
The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. In addition, it may be used to send occasional company news, updates, related products, new releases, etc. By placing an order with Euro Store, you consent to the addition of your email address to our marketing distribution list. However, if at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you may remove yourself from this list. We include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each newsletter or marketing email but retain your email to communicate to you on your order, its tracking number, and delivery information.
Security
Euro Store believes the security of your information is of the highest priority. Our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption provides protection against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. As long as you use a SSL compliant browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari) you will be able to conduct fully protected transactions through our SSL encryption.
